01 / Enquiries and careers

The contact, project and careers forms prepare a draft in your email app. The website does not send these forms or upload attachments automatically. If you send that email, Partnerz receives the details and files you include so the studio can review and respond to your enquiry.

Only share information relevant to your enquiry. Files can be attached in your email app; portfolio links may also be included.

02 / Designs saved on your device

Free Clay saves your scene and its generated geometry in this browser’s IndexedDB when you choose Save project. It restores that saved scene on a later visit to the same site in the same browser. Unsaved edits are lost on reload. Clearing site data removes this local copy; private browsing and device storage limits can also affect it. This is not an online account or a cross-device backup.

The Architectural Studio workspace on Home has its own save and export controls. Sharing a design with the studio requires a separate action; the enquiry forms do not attach a scene automatically.

03 / Connected AI conversations

Free Clay sends submitted prompts through Partnerz’s server to Google Gemini for understanding, then sends a description to our external 3D generation provider when a generated 3D object is needed. Its optional Shap-E generator runs on the studio’s configured local service. Generation jobs and downloaded assets are cached on the server; this is separate from your saved browser scene. In Architectural Studio, submitted messages are sent through Partnerz’s server to Google Gemini. Project context can include a conversation summary, programme facts, dimensions and selected model elements. The current connected-only configuration shares this context with submitted messages.

The AI request does not include the full 3D mesh, camera footage, sculpting strokes or your office files. Do not enter confidential or sensitive information you do not want processed by the AI service. To avoid sending messages, do not use connected dialogue.

External providers process submitted descriptions under their own terms. Google’s processing and retention depend on the API service configuration. For details, see Google’s Gemini API terms. The website does not provide a control to delete information already processed by Google.

04 / Camera and interaction controls

Camera-based hand controls require browser permission. Hand tracking processes camera frames on your device; the connected AI request does not transmit them. You can revoke camera access through your browser settings.

Website visit measurements

The website records visits to public English and Arabic pages, including page views, sessions, approximate unique browsers and the pages and projects visited. A first-party anonymous cookie lasts for up to 90 days; the server stores a keyed identifier rather than the cookie value. Your IP address is used on the server to estimate country and city using a local database. It is not retained in these analytics or sent to a geolocation provider. Reports are private to the site owner. Query strings, form contents, contact details and precise device location are not collected. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are respected. Analytics records are retained for up to 90 days. Locations and visitor totals are approximate; a different browser or device may count as another visitor.
